"Blood Effects" a mockumentary by film maker Kris Black, is a cross between "Paranormal Activity" and Christopher Guest's "Best in Show". Presented as a "movie-within-a-movie", veteran Bruce Reisman produced Black's scathing satire of Hollywood horror movies, where reality ties itself up with fantasy, and the results are both humorous and horrifying.

Secondary Effects is the bitter coming of age comedy that follows their steps in the search for lost dreams, lost hair and good sex, at least, if true love turns out to be a mirage.

The ailing boss of the Yamashina-gumi dies following brutal interrogations, forcing the organization into dissolution. After completing his prison sentence, Tamaki gathers the scattered former members once more and swears vengeance against the police—to settle the score for the murder of his boss.
